Rate Optimization Program

Our Rate Optimization Program is a service that allows Ontario Multi Residential or Nursing Home buildings to select the Lowest Pricing option in the Ontario electricity market each and every month. The Rate Optimization program only chooses between the two regulated services available for Ontario commercial entities:

Regulated Price Plan (“RPP”)
Hourly Ontario Electricity Price (“HOEP”)

When it is financially beneficial for each building to switch from the Regulated Price Plan (“RPP”) to the Hourly Ontario Energy Price (“HOEP”) for power or vice versa, our clients will receive notification from Access advising of the switch. Your building’s savings will be locked in for the month and there are no markups on your electricity. There is no work required on your part, you simply benefit from the lowest regulated price option each month.

The Rate Optimization has been providing service to the Property Management and Nursing Homes managers and nursing homes participating in this program.
